This project included master planning of the golf community along with the design of clubhouse and resort structures for a major mountainside golf resort community featuring the Tom Fazio-designed course. The residential community incorporates a range of offerings, from large view estate lots to compact hillside villas, townhouses, and clustered forest cottages. The architecture recalls the spirit of the national park structures close by in Glacier National Park.
